Contract Times For Rent provides our customers with current residentals units aviable for rent . Times For Rent dose not represent or act as or in behalf of the owners(s) of the properties listed and made avaiable to client. Our company dose not warranty the information provided by ,owners ,manangers ,agents or representatives of any residential units listed by our company. Times For Rent however promises to make in good faith every effort possiable to ensure the accuracy of the information provided to the client.During our 60 day period we provide the client with up- to-date listing that fit your living and fiancial statis,this is supported by via telephone or email. The service set up is a one time fee of $80 and this has a duration of 60 days after singing our contract which the client will have full access to our listing.

Refund Policy if within five days after payment of the service, the licensee (company) has not supplied our client with at least three available properties meeting the specifictions of the contract as to 1.type of structure , 2.designated area, 3. furnished or un furnished, 4. numbers of bedrooms, 5. maximum rental ,and 6. any other specifications writen out set forth in the contract, the full amount of the fee paid shall be refunded to the potential tenant upon presentation of evidence of such failure within ten days after the fifth day has expired. the prospective tenant is not entitled to a refund if the client obtains a rental through the service of the licensee (company).

If the prospective tenant obtains a rental other than through the service of the licensee during the term of the contract, or if the the prospective tenant dose not obtain a rental through the service of the licensee during the term of the contract, the licensee shall refund the fee recevied in excess of $50 service charge to the prospective tenant within ten days after the prospective tenant supplies either, 1.reaoniable documentation of the prospective tenant's new rental or the fact that the prospective tenant did not move, such as a lease , rental agreement, utility bill, with sufficent information to verify that the new rental was not obtained through the service of the lincsee or that the prossective tenant did not move, or 2. if the prospective client is unable to locate or provide that documentation, the prospective tenant may, at his or her option, fill out a written form provided by the licensee and signed by the prospective tenant under penatly stating that he or she did not obitain a rental through the service of the licensee during the time of the contract.

You may bring a small claims court action against the licensee for his or her refusal to make a refund on demand of all or part of the fee paid by you under this contract. If the court finds the licensee has acted in bad faith in refusing to make the the refund, the court has the authority to award you one thousand dollars($1000) in addition to the damages actually sustained by you.

This contract is for your exclusive use only. Proper identifaction must be presented with proof or registration each time additional rental information is requested. A person who purchases information for the purposes other then that of locating a rental unit for personal use shall not be entilited to return of any part of the fee paid to the agent and shall be liable for $5000 of liquidated damages for each violation.

Accurcy of Information Times for Rent makes an honest effort to acquire accurate information furnished by the landlords or property agents. Our information is obtained by the use of telephone ; therefor, our representation and description of rentals will reflect the information given to us by the landlords or proprtey agents. Accordingly we cannot be responsible for the accuarcy of the property description or conditions. Due to the nature of the real estate market , all listings are subject to prior rental.

Modifications We reserve the right to modify at any time of these terms and contitions, at sole discretion without notice. If you do not agree to accept these terms ,please do not use the service or the web site it is the responsibility of the customer to consantly review these terms and conditions. Our company dose not represent or act as an agent of any residental unit or inbehalf of the owner of any information published.

Eligibility By using this site, you represent and warranty that you have the right, authority, and the capacity to agree to and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement . Times for Rent may terminate your account for any reason, and at any time.

User Conduct You understand that the web is designed for specific uses of advertising and communicating with prospective tenants. You agree that no other material of any kind submitted throughyour account will violate or infirnge upon the rights of any third party, including copyright , trademark, privacy or proprietary rights;or contains libelous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material. You further agree not to harvest or collect email adresses or other contact information of members from the web site by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails or other unsolicited purpose. You further agree that you may not use the web site in any unlawfull manner or in any maner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the web site. In addition, you agree not to use the web site to ; upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make avaiable any contant that we deem to be harmfull, threatening, abusive, harassing, vulgar, obscene, hateful, ethincally or otherwise objectionable; or entity.

Limitatiom on Liability EXPECT IN JURSDICTIONS WHERE SUCH PROVISIONS ARE RESTRICTED, IN NO EVENT WILL TIMES FOR RENT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PERSON FOR ANY INDRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INDCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING ALSO LOST PROFITS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEB SITE OR THE SERVICE, EVEN IF TIMES FOR RENT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTHWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRAY CONTAINED HEREIN, TIMES FOR RENT'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, AND REGUARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL THAT AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY ,BY YOU TO TIMES FOR RENT FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT.
